Sometimes, you have to get up early to capture the beauty..

And that is what we did.

If you know me, you know that I am not a morning person at all. I have only gotten up early for sessions for some very special and very limited people. I need a good hour or two of hitting snooze and the sunlight to hit my face as I am drinking my morning coffee before I am even remotely coherent. But, when AJ and I took a trip to Wilmington, NC this past weekend, I knew that I wanted to embrace the sunrise on the ocean side. 

And boy it was beautiful.

I might have regretted not getting in my hours of sleep later in the evening, but these precious moments were worth it. I felt defeated when we left the beach because nothing was working how I wanted to, or how I envisioned. I was dreading looking at them if I am completely honest. But I am so glad we took the 15 minutes out of our day to get these in, I know I will treasure them for a lifetime.
